Prof. Tim M. Berra  is Professor Emeritus of Evolution, Ecology & Organismal Biology at The Ohio State University. He is also University Professorial Fellow, Charles Darwin University and Research Associate, Northern Territory Museum, Darwin, N.T., Australia.

He is a three- time winner of Fulbright Fellowships to Australia in 1969, 1979, 2009 and author of over 75 scientific papers and 6 books including: Charles Darwin: The Concise Story of an Extraordinary Man (2009) Freshwater Fish Distribution (2007) A Natural History of Australia (1998) Evolution and the Myth of Creationism (1990)

Professor Berra received the Ph.D. in Biology from Tulane University in New Orleans, Louisiana in 1969.

This 75 minute lecture features 155 slides and covers the life of Charles Darwin from birth to death, his family, friends, books, and significance to Western thought.
